They are indeed, and there is no additional pitch fee. However, as our site is at the bottom of a hill, in the case of very poor weather you may be asked to park at the top (it's only a 5 minute walk).
You can book a Bell Tent with mattresses, and hire bedding, when you buy your ticket.
There are Glamping Pods at Out To Grass, but as spaces are limited, these have been reserved (and paid for separately) by the event organisers.
There are a very limited number of electrical hookups and sell quickly so check out the ticket section to see if they are still available.
In the event of extremely poor weather we cannot guarantee that your tent or vehicle can be positioned near enough to the electrical hookups. In this case, you will be refunded for the full cost of electrical hire.
If you miss out on a hookup, there are sockets which you are free to use in the festival Lounge for charging phones, and in the Powder Room for hair dryers etc. We're a sound crowd, but we're obliged to say devices are left unattended at your own risk.
Deevstock is home to a range of ages including many young families, some of whom bring their children. However, we are not a family festival and entertainment is predominately targeted at adult ravers.
That said, Under 18s that are comfortable in the countryside, and at festivals and parties, are welcome at Deevstock but must be accompanied by a parent/carer. Please register a free Under 18s ticket along with yours so we know who is on site.
Supervision of Under 18s is the responsibility of parents/carers at all times. However, Out To Grass is a child friendly site and if there is an emergency or if you need anything, including first aid, their staff are ready to help. They can be found at the on-site bar.
Deevstock Organisers are not Out To Grass staff, but we can help you find a staff member if required.
If the kids will be joining us on the dancefloor, please bring suitable ear protection and keep them company while they dance.
Lastly, our beautiful countryside site is pitch black at night. For safety after sunset, all Under 18s should either be in their tents or accompanied by a parent/carer.
We are well plumbed; with hot showers on site (bring a towel) and clean, porcelain, water flushable toilets.
Yes! We have collated a list of nearby Hotels & B&Bs with contact details, just click here.
We have wonderful caterers who cook a range of lovely meals for us all weekend! Vegetarian and vegan options available. You are also welcome to cook your own food; the nearest supermarket is in Bromyard.
Great Malvern. From there it is a 15-20 minute drive to site.
There are several services in the area, but these are the ones that are recommended by the venue:
Speedline Taxis : 079 55 22 00 82
Malvern View Taxis : 07775 060704
Krazy Kabs : 01684 577 774
Out To Grass have a fully stocked, reasonably priced bar with friendly staff. It is expected that we buy the majority of our drinks from them. However, you are welcome to bring a FEW beers/ciders or a SMALL bottle of spirits to get you started. (If we take the piss, we'll be charged. So please don't!)
If there's a specific tipple you'd like stocked at the bar - let us know and we'll do our best!
NO GLASS POLICY: Out To Grass is a working farm with real life animals. Therefore, no glass bottles are allowed on site. Please decant any alcohol from glass into plastic bottles.
We will only refund tickets if we cancel or reschedule the event.
We can however change the name on your ticket / transfer it to someone else free of charge if you can no longer make it.
Our site, Out to Grass, is ordinarily a working farm and situated at the bottom of a hill. It tends not to get very muddy, and there are wood-chipped paths for the main site, but the ground can still be treacherous. Our stages, however, are covered and dry and not far from the campsite.
If you are driving to site, and have accessibility needs, we can usually arrange to have you drive down the hill to the campsite. Please let us know in advance so our stewards are informed. However, in the event of extremely poor weather this will not be possible - as any ordinary vehicle would get stuck - but we'll try to sort something out to get you and your stuff down on to site. If it isn't feasible, then we of course will issue a full refund for your ticket.
If you are in need of a Wheelchair-Accessible Toilet, please let us know at least 2 months in advance so that we can order one in for you as the site's toilets are otherwise not suitable.
Our stages use flashing lights, so if you have any photosensitive conditions please let us know.
Generally, while the site isn't overly accessible, we will do what we can to accommodate if you let us know plenty enough in advance what your needs are. We're volunteers, and we might not always get it right, but we'll certainly try our best and will be honest if we think we won't be able to provide what you need to safely enjoy the event.
Contact us at any time at hello@deevstock.com
Then please ask via the form at the bottom of the website or join the Facebook group and we'll get back to you as soon as possible 🙂
